Twenty-one states and DC have anti-masking laws that make ICE masked officers guilty of a criminal misdemeanor. Folks in those and other states may use anti-masking, disorderly conduct and unlawful assemble law to start the process of holding ICE accountable for unconstitutional and other illegal activity. |
