Allan Ainsworth holds a PhD in Medical Anthropology. He has worked with marginalized/disenfranchized people for his entire career, including Zuni, Hopi, Tulalip and Snoqualmie Tribes. He started and operated a health care for homeless primary health care clinic (Fourth Street Clinic) in Salt Lake City, Utah for 25 years. Toward the end of his career he taught Medical Anthropology and Clinical Anthropology. Now retired, he volunteers for a church that has created sanctuary for a Honduran family of three.
