Group Description:
This is a group for consenting adults who wish to safely discuss spirituality/religion and the ethics of public policy without fear of being attacked for daring to have spiritual and progressive beliefs. As such, I, Richard Mathis, as administrator of this group have decided that membership requires my approval in that I have no interest in endless and senseless arguments about beliefs with fundamentalists of any stripes right or left. If you are willing to treat others with the same consideration and courtesy that you wanted to be treated, and you are interested in rationally exploring spirituality/religion and how we can live together, then please feel free to be a part of this group. I have also decided that posting a message to all members of this group via email requires my approval as I do not want anybody to get spammed or evangelized.
