Chapter 7 bankruptcy is considered to be the real form bankruptcy and even called as straight bankruptcy. Filing bankruptcy is a filing for liquidation of all non-exempt property through a bankruptcy trustee. The bankruptcy trustee after converting the non-exempt property into cash, distributes it among the creditors or the lenders.
