born in new orleans 1951. at four years old moved to and grew up in cleveland, ohio. great place. moved back to new orleans at 19 years old in 1970. and received a bachelor of science degree from xavier university in chemistry, minor in education. lived in new orleans until hurricane katrina, 2005. i now reside in houston, texas. i still consider myself a new orleanian. and it is pronounced new or- lee- ans by native new orleanians not new orluns.
