firm (www.ArtoriusCorp.com).  His background includes 15+ years of professional experience in politics, campaign management, lobbying and public affairs.  He has also served as an executive in the marketing and technology arenas, and ran for State Rep. in 1994.  He served as the CEO of the REACH Alliance in Harrisburg, where he worked with Governor Ridge in attempting to enact landmark education reform legislation. He appeared on numerous TV and radio stations statewide, debated elected officials
and organization heads, and was quoted extensively in newspapers
around Pennsylvania on the issues ranging from legal reform to
school choice. He was also named a Public Policy Expert by The Heritage Foundation in Washington, D.C.  He is a graduate of The American University in Washington, D.C.
