I am a musician (guitarist for over 45 years) and a writer of articles, essays, short stories, reviews; the usual nonsense. My passions are Music and Reading. I have been a Type-1 Diabetic for 44 years; a situation that has had a major influence on my way of understanding the real world, especially the human condition. I am a strict vegetarian. I am an atheist. A few of the major influential people in my life: Elvis Presley, The Beatles, Lenny Bruce, Alfred Hitchcock, Bob Dylan (when I was much younger, I'm thankfully older than that now...), Sherlock Holmes, Mr. Spock, The Marx Brothers, and The Three Stooges.
