In nomenclature ludicrous even by doublespeake "standards," the EPA's "Bevill Exclusion" reclassifies fluoride from an "extremely hazardous waste" to a "by-product" of the same in order to allow industry to dump it into our drinking water instead of disposing of it as a hazardous waste, which is what it most decidedly is.
