I joinjed the Marine Corps in 1965 and for the next 3 years my life and myself was transformed from a young kid with nothing going on to a young man who had been to war and learned the facts of life in the Marines. I will always deeply appreciate the Corps for allowing me to earn the title of a United States Marine . I also want to poit out that upon joining the Marines we took the very same oath that ever politician takes upon entering the office in which he/she was elected. Even though I was released from active duty in 1968 I was never relieved of my oath to country and still will at a moment notice protect and defend this nation from all enemies outside and insiode America. I will say this , for the first time in my life I am deeply ashamed at the appointment of a man to the office of President that appears to me to be anti American by his speeches and anti white people in his recent dialogues..I hope I am wrong and President Obama decides to be the resident for all Americans..I also hope he will understand the great opportunity he has to make America a great nation and a good nation..He has the tools ..I am just not sure he has the desire..God Bless America ..and God help us all to be the men and women God expects us to be.
