The author, Kasandra Ramsey, has worked as Manager and Transportation & Networks Manager for the Kentuckiana District and the Louisville Postal Service.  She has been a member of the National Active and Retired Federal Employee Association (NARFE) since 1999.  She currently serves as the Indiana Area 6 Vice-President, is the Indiana Federation Newspaper Editor and Chairman of the 2014 State Federation Convention for NARFE.  Kasandra Ramsey is also a member of the Kentuckiana Real Estate Investment Association, the Georgetown Lions Club and active with the Georgetown Christian Church.
