Sen. Dick Durbin, the ranking member of the Senate Judiciary Committee, is not fooling around. Last week, he demanded answers from Donald Trump's Department of Justice about information that it had arranged for the FBI to go through the department's approximately 100,000 Epstein records and flag any that mentioned President Trump. On Tuesday, Durbin asked, on the Senate floor, "What is it that is in these files that is so frightening to the president, the White House, the Department of Justice and the Republican leadership in Congress?" That's what we all want to know.

Fox regular Byron York pretends no one is allowed to call Trump TACO anymore because he managed to get a framework of a bad deal with the EU this week. York made an appearance on this Monday's America Reports , and was asked about idiot Bill Maher's comments that Trump's tariffs haven't sunk the economy by now, which he thought they would. Someone should remind Maher that businesses were front-loading inventory in anticipation of what Trump was going to do and despite that fact, a lot of them, like Walmart are raising prices now, not that someone like Maher would notice since he's rich enough that those price hikes aren't going to affect him. He also doesn't seem to realize that Trump hasn't done as much damage to the economy as he could have done, because he backed off from a lot of his initial threats, thus the TACO nickname.

The 27-year-old Las Vegas man who allegedly shot and killed four people at a Midtown office building on Monday carried a note in his pocket claiming he suffered from CTE and asking that his brain be studied, police sources said.
