Our trip to Norway is coming to a close. Most Norwegians already support Palestine. We met great people and some of them will collaborate with us and even volunteer (some remotely and some in person). The Palestine Institute for Biodiversity and Sustainability could use the support as we expand with the new museum facilities, new research and new people and projects. Follow-us on social media (e.g. FB)

My article on eco-sumud in the magazine This Week in Palestine, other articles in fhe same issue "Green Resistance: Environmental Justice in Palestine," are also great

Israeli forces killed 566 football (soccer) players in Gaza last three years! That is 50+ teams worth of players. FIFA still lets Israeli players (who are all war criminals who served in the genocidal army) into world venues while banning Russia! FIFA also plays in the US which has racist entry policies to the workld games! Israeli forces have now killed over 1000 Palestinian civilians in Gaza (men, women, children) since Trump's "ceasefire" celebrated as ending the war on Gaza! Hungwr and deprivation and destruction continues. On positive news, the Zionist Epstein class is angry at the deal struck with Iran and doing everything they can to wreck it. But this could also be a tactic/subterfuge since Trump is a puppet of the Israel lobby (thanks to the blackmail tapes). Allowing verbal differences and noise while aiming to save the world economy from collapse (As Trump said: oil prices are going down and stock market is up). But in any case for Iran this is a win regardless: they get sanctions relief, they get 60 days to rebuild their economy, and yes to rearm and get new defensive technologies from China and Russia since the imperial and Zionist elites are well known for breaking agreements and ceasefires.

Israel Is on a Killing Spree of Paramedics and Rescue Workers in Lebanon. Israel has killed over 120 rescue workers, damaged 16 hospitals, and targeted over 130 ambulances in Lebanon since March 2!

OMAR HAMAD wrote from GAZA: "Today, I went to a school-- a school holding so much sorrow that if it were distributed among all the people of the earth, it would suffice them. Every single child in this school is the sole survivor of their family; a family that was entirely wiped out, a family annihilated by Israel. I was among them today. One of the staff members told me that for every 15 children, there is an 'alternative mother.' I paused at this term; perhaps it is the first time in my life I have ever heard it. I wondered, what does an 'alternative mother' even mean?! Because I know all too well that the only thing that can never be replaced is a mother. You might find a friend who compensates for a brother, but a mother's instinct toward her child is something no nature in this life can ever replace. Every time I try to think about it, I feel like I'm losing my mind. I started joking and playing with the children, trying with all my might not to show my tears to them. They carry a vast void within them, a void we strive so hard to fill even a tiny fraction of. With every passing moment of my life, I curse Israel even more than the moment before. Every worker I saw in the school, I asked the exact same question: 'Is there absolutely no one left alive from their family?' And the answer was always, 'No, there is no one. Israel killed them all.' I came out with my eyes streaming with tears. 'Curse this wretched world.' The situation we have reached in Gaza is harsher than anything imaginable. Mosquitoes and insects devour us to the point that my clothes are stained with blood from scratching so severely. Rats, on the other hand-- I live in half a house, while the other half is bombed and filled with hundreds of rats, some weighing up to 1.5 kilograms each. Our children do not sleep at night out of fear. The bombardment is still ongoing, and the genocide has never stopped for a single day; every day there is a massacre. Every passing moment, I fear a missile will fall over my head. Furthermore, the famine continues; more than 85% of the people of Gaza depend entirely on food kitchens, and Israel still allows food in very minute quantities that do not suffice even 10% of Gaza's population. We are so tired of this situation. Until when??"

The world is changing though and there is a decline of the US/Israel empire though in favor of supranational oligarchs like Elon Musk. But people still matter and can end our nightmare. Surveys do show a significant shift in world public opinion which soon will translate to more government shifts.

Palestine's Climate Change Planning Faces Its Limits: Barriers ranging from weak legal frameworks to ongoing, occupation-related limitations are constraining Palestine from achieving its ambitious climate targets.

A Jewish film producer: The world is changing & Israel is doing everything it can to increase anti-semitism.

Warning Graphic (I forced myself to be reminded of the brutality and of the victims).

Story about destruction of libraries.

I'm an old Pogo fan. For some unknown reason I persist in outrage at Feudalism, as if human beings can do much better than this. Our old ways of life are obsolete and are killing us. Will the human race wake up in time? Stay (more...)

The Gaza genocide continues. The Lebanon genocide continues. War on Iran continues. War on Russia continues. How is this not WWIII?

There is no point in wasting attention (your precious, irreplaceable life) on the "media." If you have not turned to independent journalists (years ago), here are a couple of good places to start (well, more than a couple, once I got going):

GrayZone (Max Blumenthal, Aaron Mate) on-the-ground jounrnalism at its best

Chris Hedges the best jaundiced eye out there

Katie Halper and Aaron Mate light-hearted but deep

Sabrina Salvati World affairs and local activism, mutual aid

Whitney Webb Epstein

Judge Napolitano the inside track featuring members of VIPS (Veteran Intelligence Professionals for Sanity)

George Galloway fearless former British MP (maybe again)

It's worth noting that these reporters have been vindicated by events consistently, and persevere in the face of every insidious form of suppression. Supporting them (and OpEdNews!) is a courageous moral act and a stand for Humanity.
