These weekly messages will become shorter and posted less frequently and with fewer links for several reasons (our time, your time, more unctual action oriented needs). Many of you still also want us to brief you on what is happening on the ground (but briefly).
Something new is coming to Bethlehem. The new Palestine Museum of Natural History is taking shape. Our team is very busy. We look to your support. Also the Sustainable Human and Natural Ecosystems Research Group (SERG) at the Palestine Institute for Biodiversity and Sustainability (PIBS) - Bethlehem University continues to strengthen its position as a leading research hub in biodiversity, sustainability, human diversity, and environmental justice. We had over 25 research papers accepted or published so far in 2026. Here is an example chapter in a book on wildlife management under colonial occupation. You can volunteer, donate, or help in other ways (info@palestinenature.org)
We were happy in Palestine to see several US progressives (Like Angie Nixon in FL and Abdul Elsayed in MI) win primaries even though the Zionist lobby went overboard spending $15-70 (from rich people) for every $1 collected by honest candidates (from small donors). Change is happening, though not fast enough as we continue to suffer ongoing genocide and ethnic cleansing here. Soon the Epstein files must be released ending US subserviance to the lobby.
Stay Humane, act, and keep hope and Palestine alive.
