Margaret Eleanor Leigh is a New Zealand based writer, proof-reader, occasional theologian, and reluctant addict of US politics. Hitler was empowered by Christians. So too was Donald Trump. While the Trump-Hitler comparison need to be handled carefully, when it comes to religion, it is instructive (and alarming).
