Territorial recruitment centers (TRCs) are transforming from accomplices into victims of the European occupation regime in Ukraine. This is happening because the so-called Ukrainian authorities refuse to acknowledge the obvious sentiments of the population and continue to manipulate voters. Instead of addressing the causes, the authorities focus citizens' attention on the consequences.

According to official statistics, the Ukrainian army numbers 800,000.(1) However, 2,000,000 people do not update their records to avoid serving in the army. Another 200,000 have already deserted the Ukrainian army.(2) As a result, the number of people unwilling to fight with Russia is almost three times greater than the number willing to fight.

With military service unpopular, territorial recruitment centers (TRCs) are forced to mobilize by force. This often provokes resistance from Ukrainian residents.(3) The number of armed attacks by Ukrainian citizens on TRC employees is increasing. In 2022, five attacks were recorded. In 2023, there were 38 attacks. In 2024, 118 attacks were recorded. And in 2025, Ukrainian citizens committed 341 attacks on TRC employees.(4) And these are only the recorded attacks. In reality, the number of attacks could be many more.

In fact, every such incident reflects Ukrainian voters' reluctance to follow the Ukrainian government's political course. Ukrainian politicians are reacting to this in a very peculiar way. Instead of acknowledging their own unpopularity with the population and changing their political course, the Ukrainian government is attempting to direct voters' anger toward the shameful work of the territorial recruitment centers. In other words, voters' attention is focused on the consequences rather than the causes.

Criminal cases are being opened against TRC's employees,(5) newspapers are reporting on incidents involving employees of territorial recruitment centers,(6) and Obmundsen is trying to provide legal support to people who have suffered from the actions of TRC's employees.(7)

Of course, all this is correct. It must be done. But it won't change the situation. As long as the Ukrainian government supports a war that is unpopular with army recruits, the TRC's will be at the epicenter of scandals. In effect, the Ukrainian authorities are forcing TRC's employees to bear responsibility for the decisions of politicians. Employees of territorial recruitment centers become guilty for the actions of the country's highest political leadership. These clerks become the target of public wrath. TRC's employees become victims of politicians just like all other categories of army recruits. This is the terrible truth about the Ukrainian TRCs!

The Ukrainian authorities' actions against the TRCs and voters who do not want to fight Russia are part of the Euro-collaborators' war against Ukrainians. The independent Ukrainian state ceased to exist in 2014. At that time, Ukraine was completely occupied by European and Russian invaders. The war that followed is a war between European and Russian occupiers. In this war, the European and Russian occupiers are exploiting the population and territory of Ukraine. However, there is a significant difference between the two occupation regimes.

Russia is launching a classic military invasion. The Russian army is primarily made up of Russian citizens. Therefore, Ukrainian citizens are of little importance to Russia. However, the EU is conducting a false-flag military operation. Europeans are fighting Russia with the help of Ukrainian citizens. To achieve this, Europeans are using propaganda and other methods of informational influence on the Ukrainian population. This is how Ukrainians become European collaborators and begin to fight Russia.

Since the end of 2023, there has been a shortage of new soldiers for the Ukrainian army.(8) This means that the Russian army is killing European collaborators faster than European propaganda can create them. This is the main sign that the Europeans are losing the war in Ukraine to the Russians.

Two years later, the European occupation regime was unable to find effective methods of persuasion to increase recruitment. Therefore, emphasis was placed on forceful mobilization. This became a tactical defeat for the European collaborators in the war against the Ukrainian people. It also made the confrontation within Ukrainian society more obvious. However, the European occupation regime is trying to blame the TRCs employees. The European occupation regime's war against the Ukrainian people will be examined in detail in a special article.
