One need not be a meat-eating being to be masculine. It is a wrong perception, perpetuated by obstinate men and by obsolete -isms. Confucius, Pythagoras, Leonardo da Vinci, Nikolai Tesla, Thomas Edison, Paul McCartney, the American civil-rights activist Rosa Parks, Steve Jobs, Abraham Lincoln, and the current Indian Prime Minister Narendera Modi are vegetarians. Dare one doubt the masculinity of the above cited? I think not.

To be spiritual is to be humane. Most of us humans are so only in name. A spiritual being is somehow innately aware and awakened to the basic cosmic common sense, of a certain kind of a unity principle abiding in and so governing the universe. It makes him or her a better person. But can this type of person hold one's own in this overly ambitious, and thus ruthless, world?

As per science itself, atom is an ever appearing and disappearing energy. Hence, it may be said that it is unreal. Now, if atom itself is unreal can we or the world be any more real?

There is much more to the universe than empirical science can find, or prove. We have to broaden our horizons; much more than we've been led to believe by our modern day formal education. Something more, far more than our simplistic version of the universe exists. Seek within, to find it!

Denouncing religion has become the staple diet of many a modern man. Not that this lot does so without reason. For, most religions are but fit for beasts. Unfit for human consumption. However, were religion understood in its metaphysical context - of realigning with the Truth -
then, it needs adopting. Otherwise, it remains a feast for the dogs, to fight over. A sensible person would then be better off staying away from it.

For a fuller life we must develop a better sense of humour. So that we can better appreciate life. Because amidst the ever-occurring vicissitudes of everyday living, sometimes to face life we have to have a smiling face. Or we fail to survive well. And hence, live-die unwell. A sense of humour ensures we stay well, even when all's not all that well.

Life is not pointless. It is, to those who do not "get" it. To enjoy life, and die at peace thereof, we need evolve in our understanding of "It" - the Ultimate Reality. For, the truth is not as simple as us following a silly ism, and because of it, being in heaven thereafter forever. Mystics report finding no regional or racial gods of our cultural inheritance out "There". At the End. So freely seek. And enjoy the in-between.

It is the present-day notion of a few entertaining theoretical physicists that a big bang caused the universe, some 13 billion years ago. And that the expanding universe, collapses, causing dissolution. Doomsday scenario! So, does the cosmos end? Well, innumerable little universes are born and die every moment, yet the universe as a cosmic whole goes on. As would you, after an un-felt pinch on the bottom by a common housefly!
(5 comments) SHARE Monday, May 30, 2016 Is there any Supernatural Power?
It takes a simple but an extraordinary being to humbly seek the Absolute of Whatsoever Is. Simple, because erudition and sophistry cannot truly grasp the Supernatural - the 'Thing' that be. Extraordinary, because only a herculean, a ceaseless search and seeking is the only rule of the thumb to ever get 'It'. And even then, one may not! For, the Supernatural is a lady who likes whom she does, embraces whom she wills. Or not!

Science is unable to find the God Particle - 'That', which, is the 'make' of each and everything - because it is not a physics but a metaphysical thing. And, lest one reads much more to it than is meant herein - 'It', this 'god particle' is not a 'thing'. Well, at least not a material, a physical 'matter', or such a similar thing. It is much. much more than science assumes it is.

In this age, where the Hawkins and the Dawkins have become fashionable, and their "No God!" taken as the ungodly truth, telling it as is stays an uneasy task. Yet it must be undertaken. For, minds far superior to the present day arm chair pundits do exist, who, do and did get the gist of the Divine Reality better than the current "holy cows". Thus, we need to keep our minds open to the Beyond. A closed mind gathers no wisdom.

So, how is the 'Self' of it all, experienced by free mystics of the world, at any given time, in the past, now, or hence? "It" is all explained herein. As simply as it can be, within the confines of the vocabulary we human beings are given. "It" is a very spiritual yet a scientific "happening". That is, the beginning stages of mysticism may be confusing; the end is not. All "this" is an observable, an explainable phenomenon.

That there is a reality beyond the eye can see, now, is an established fact. Quantum science tells us so. Yet we fail to grasp it. The blind believers in a this-that god are mostly either goofy, or plainly nuts. Hence, we, as human beings fail to reach our full potential - of getting the Absolute Reality. For 'It', an open mind is a sine qua non. Beyond pre-conceptions, blind belief, or atheism. Or any ism.
